Mail server hostname

Domain only (no http/https, no path, no IP). Must resolve publicly.

IMAP: 993 · POP3: 995 (TLS)

Only secure connections are allowed.

Username

Typically your full email address.

Password

Used only for this request; never stored.

Allow insecure certificates (hostname mismatch / self-signed)

High risk. Only works if the service password is correct. Prefer fixing the hostname / certificate.

Service password

Authorizes service features (body-scan + insecure cert override).

Security notice
Credentials are used only for the active request and are not persisted. Deletion is irreversible. You will always preview before deletion.

Troubleshooting
If connection fails due to certificate mismatch, verify the correct IMAP/POP3 hostname. Insecure cert mode should be used only as a last resort.
